What is the procedure for enrolment?
You need to fill up the drop down menu, provide informations and write details why is enrolment is important for your child. Forward the birth certificate of your child, also forward a photo ID, copy of passport if you do not have a Australian birth certificate.

How do I know if there any additional requirement?
On your first arrival your children/s and you will be informed about the School and the Academy with a presentation.

Can I ask questions, agree or disagree about anything?
Yes, there will be a question session after the presentation, you have every right to accept or not accept our school policy.

How much is the course fee?
You need to check online for any fees and charges. Usually there are some special offer, during specific period of the year and some cases is absolutely free. Some stage with subsequent discussion we offer free books to students.

Can I come to a centre for enrolment?
No. Notify the school with your childrens birth certificate and your details via email first. No one allowed to come to a centre unless enrolled to a centre. Unfortunately our insurance policy does not give access any outsider.

I have filled-up the online form, can I claim my childrens enrolment?
No. You need to fill-up a form after an appointment, still is not enough to claim the enrolment.

I have filled-up a form at a branch,  can I claim my childrens enrolment?
No. You need to wait for an email saying confirmed enrolment. If not you can send us a request. Usually (100% times) we replied for your claim, if there any pending issue.

Am I an outsider before enrol my children?
Yes you are. You can come to specific centre only after the confirmed replied back to you and appropriate appointment.

Can I make my child talented from Bangla Academy?
If your child has advanced natural abilities, she/he might be identified as gifted and talented already. Raising Your Child to be Bilingual is very important. Research shows bilingual children are smarter. Bangla Academy classes facilitate every possible wings for their students and it helps to become ‘confident and talented’ individual.

Bangla Academy do not receive phone call, all communication through a drop down menu and then email for enrolment purpose.

Sorry for enrolment you need to send us the drop down menu, if case of any trouble you may email with with details, phone number, full name, purpose of the email.

Which centre I can apply for?
You will get a clear picture from our online information, you need to check both Bangla (বাংলা) and English version of the website.

I am a parent, can I join as a teacher
All parents are required to do some work as a volunteer. Bangla Academy Australia provides training before teaching at a centre. If you have knowledge, skills and experience please let us know, after some experience, we can arrange your higher education for free.

I am from professional background, can I join with Bangla Academy?
Bangla Academy loves to engage individuals from various professional background. You need to show your written expression of interest.

How many centre you have?
Currently we are running Epping, Blacktown and Punchbowl Centre, Macquarie Fields centre is developing.

How often do you run the school?
Every week specified time, two hours, subject to school availability. School are closed during school holidays and public holidays, but need to check with specific teacher for adjustment for cultural and religious festival.

We are from a religious background, can my child learn religious education at Bangla Academy?
Unfortunately No. Bangla Academy Australia is a secular organisation where we do not identify any student with their religion background. It is against Department of Educations policy and procedures.

I was absent last week, anything I should know?
You need to provide a medical certificate. If you are absent for a week, you need to call with specific teacher appointment before coming to school.

I have enrolled for a centre, can I go to another centre?
You need to inform the school authority with specific reason for transfer, if the reason testify the authority, most cases it’s a free procedure.

Where I can get updates of Bangla Academy?
Most updates maintains on Academy’s Facebook page, also you may get related information on our website.

Is there any policy for my children?
Yes, during enrolment all student and parents get a presentation about the school rules, policy and procedure. All students and parents need to comply that.

স্কুলটি খুঁজে পাইনা। আমি দীর্ঘদিন এই অঞ্চলে থাকি কিন্তু স্কুলটি কোথায় জানিনা? আমার সন্তানকে বাংলা শেখাতে চাই। বাংলা শিখি কি করে? অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় বাংলা শিক্ষা? মাতৃভাষা শিখতে চাই? সন্তানকে মেধা ও মননে এগিয়ে নিতে চাই, কি করবো? একজন মানুষের ভাষা শিক্ষা তার অধিকার, কি করে এই অধিকার প্রবাসে পাবো? ইত্যাদি অসংখ্য রকম প্রশ্ন একজন মানুষের মনে আসে, এ ক্ষেত্রে উত্তর গুলো খুঁজে নিতে পারেন ওপরের প্রশ্নোত্তর তালিকায়। জরুরী প্রশ্নটি নিবন্ধিত না হলে আমাদের লিখে জানান। ধন্যবাদ।
