Bangla Academy Australia’s aim is to support the community.
এ বছর বাংলা একাডেমি দু’টি কেন্দ্রে ক্লিনআপ অস্ট্রেলিয়া ডে এর জন্য কাজ করেছে। প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল শুভানুধ্যায়ী, ছাত্র-ছাত্রী ও শিক্ষক মণ্ডলী মিলে এ কাজটি সমাধা করেছেন স্কুল এর কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার পর। এপিং কেন্দ্র’র জন্য এপিং এর মিসেস ফেহমিন সফি এবং ব্ল্যাকটাউন কেন্দ্র’র জন্য স্টেনহোপ গার্ডেন এর জনাব খুরশিদ আলম এর অবদান প্রশাংসা যোগ্য।

In the spirit of ‘taking better care of the environment and giving something back to the community’ Bangla Academy Australia has organised a clean-up at Epping West Public School (where our classes are held) on the 4th of March. The clean-up will take approximately one hour and will occur after the completion of Bangla classes. Bangla Academy Australia participates yearly during Clean Up Australia day. Bangla Academy Australia organised an event for Clean Up Australia Day on Sunday 4 March. 13 students and 10 guardians took part in cleaning up the grounds of the Epping West PS where classes are held every Saturday and the adjoining Epping West Park.
March 4th 2007 was marked the opening of the Blacktown branch of Bangla Academy Australia. Newly enrolled students and their guardians also took part in a clean up activity at the Blacktown centre, 5th Avenue, Blacktown NSW 2148 where classes are held every Sunday.
