Cyclone SIDR victims house donation House devestated by Cyclone Sidr in the village of Shoronkhola Bagerhat, Khulna, Bangladesh Nov 17, 2007 – 16 New Houses built for the victims of Bagerhat district in Bangladesh.

Money transferred to Sonali Bank, Morelgonj Branch, Bolaigunia Union, Current Ac No. 319
All the money given in three stages; Total Tk 4,00,000 for 16 family – Tk 25,000 for each family

Stage one : Tk 96,000 for 16 family – Tk 6,000 each family
Stage two : Tk 1,44,000 for 16 family – Tk 9,000 each family
Stage three : Tk 1,60,000 for 16 family – Tk 10,000 each family

Bangla Academy Australia arranged all expenses to send the Director Mr. Anwar Akash to visit the ‘SIDR’ cyclone affected areas in Bangladesh and to confirm the donations program took place within the time frame.
