About SALP
Program Description The Student Ambassador Leadership Program is an extra-curricular program which provides opportunities for young people to create networks and develop their qualities and skills via active engagement within the family and volunteering within the wider community. This program trains students to be leaders in their school, community and family.
Who can participate Any school age person who wishes to get involved in community work, who loves helping other students and the wider community and would like volunteering and leadership experience. Children from age three can also participate as a junior member (written approval from parents required).
Membership Students must fill up a prescribed application form including a registration A$30 fee. Annual fees A$60 also apply. ‘Membership since’ date applies.
Our ambassadors support Students that are socially & economically disadvantaged, students who cannot afford to pay for their education expenses and desire to develop themselves as to become better citizens.
